Poor Customer Service, Confusing Booking and Payment System, Issues with Rooms

Overall, the hotel was not terrible, but several incidents negatively affected our stay.
I booked directly one month in advance and paid online. The payment appeared as pending on my bank statement, and my booking confirmation clearly stated the amount paid, with only the city tax due on arrival.

Minimal and Ideal

The hotel looks small from the front but they've utilised their space to the fullest! Staff were all very polite and accommodating, can't fault them there. The room was minimal but just what we needed for a city exploration trip. My sheet had a makeup stain on them which was unfortunate but not a crazy bad issue!
Just be warned, if you want to go to the Sacre Coeur and you see on Google maps that it's a 9 minute wal...

Had an incredible stay here, wish I had more than one night. Had a beautiful view of the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre from the top floor room. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms....

The hotel was in a great location. Sacré-Cœur was only a few blocks away with many stores and cafes around. The metro was less than a five minute walk away and it was very convenient. I was also able to walk to Gare du Nord for airport access. The room was very clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
