The staff were friendly and the location was good for us but the room sometimes had sewer smell and the sink took forever to drain. The beds and the shower were good but there is no door between the bedroom and shower. All in all an ok experience, value for money ok and if I were to visit the area in the future, I might book this hotel a second time....

The hotel location is great if you dont want to stay right in the centre of Paris, very close to metro station (although full of questionable intimidating characters its fine if you arent on your own)
Reception area lovely and clean, great I leave luggage and big bathroom if you need to get changed while waiting for check in

I found my stay at Le Montmartre Saint Pierre very pleasant. The reception was friendly and helpful, the room on the top floor was clean and had everything you would expect, and the layout and decor was excellent. I would definitely recommend it....

Poor Customer Service, Confusing Booking and Payment System, Issues with Rooms

Overall, the hotel was not terrible, but several incidents negatively affected our stay.
I booked directly one month in advance and paid online. The payment appeared as pending on my bank statement, and my booking confirmation clearly stated the amount paid, with only the city tax due on arrival.
