We had an amazing stay at Hotel National Des Arts et Metiers. The service that we received from the team was some of the best that I've experienced, they really look after our group. The rooms were stunning, the breakfast was fantastic and the location was perfect! ...

Loud music

My room was near the roof terrace so the music felt very loud until 2 am both nights (they have DJs during the weekend). I told the concierge but there was no chance to move as apparently there weren´t more rooms available.
Not a great experience, although the hotel is very beautiful....

We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. Lovely friendly staff especially the waiting and bar staff. Lovely room with a teeney balcony and had everything we needed. We loved the area and walked for miles everyday exploring. We used to enjoy returning to the hotel at night and sitting outside having snacks watching the world go by. We dined in the restaurant twice and the food was devine! Thanks for having us, we loo...

Bed Bugs Beware

I preface this by saying I do not normally write reviews, but Im very annoyed with this hotel. Overall, the location is great and the hotel itself is well-maintained and pretty.
However, my husband has hundreds of bed bug bites all over his body that he got when he wore one of the robes on our last night. I reached out to the hotel to let them know and they responded more than 24 hours later that they have never...

This hotel is so beautiful from the outside and very tastefully decorated - ideal location for exploring Le Marais and the rest of Paris with 2 Metro lines right around the corner (150m).
Room was nice, although not super spacius (but that's Paris, I guess). We did experience several things that were just not OK at the price paid (500+ per night). First issues was a leaky sink drainage that left the bathroom floor...
