This is my third stay at the Pont Royal and it never disappoints. I stayed this visit for 10 days. The staff at the hotel are outstanding, especially the
concierge and front desk staff. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Every need I had was attended to. The location is great for walking to the Musee DOrsay and the Louvre. The view from my room included the Eiffel Tower and Ferris Wheel. Had a great stay!...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our 30th anniversary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We used the concierge service several times to book taxis. Our room was great with a little balcony overlooking the Rue du Bac and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. We stopped at the cozy and romantic bar a couple of times for a nightcap. Our travel agent recommended Hotel Pont Royale as it was in the location we were interested in and was told it was a 5 star hotel. We had come from Budapest and Prague and must say the hotels in those cities were less expensive and so much nicer. We found the rooms small, we had issues with the tub/shower which was addressed twice at the front desk and never fixed and found the breakfast to be on par with a Best W...

We were expecting so much from this hotel!
Friends of ours recommended it after their stay in February 2025 because they had a blast. We were looking forward to fantastic and friendly staff and great service, but we only got average.
The rooms are getting really old. We had to wait forever to get our room cleaned and ended up with just a box of chocolates. Breakfast was always the same.
