The hotel has NO manaagement!!
They do the room in the afternoon.
The lights of my suite were out of order.
I arrived and I had to wait the electrician to do his Job!!
They arrange everything with a card and a chocolate but it doesnt deserve 5 stars!!...

The location was great, located in a nice part of town away from the main tourists area! You can get to just about all the major attractions within a 30 minute walk. Area is also pretty quiet in the evening and there are a ton of places to eat within a 10 minute walk or closer

Wonderful time at hotel Pont Royal. Perfect spot in the middle of Saint Germain area with so much in walking distance. We had a top floor (7th) and it was well worth the expense. Perfect view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. We would watch it sparkle each night and look more in the morning!!! Great location ! Within walking distance to the Louvre and Muse dOrsay. Kind and friendly staff unlike the rest of the locals in Paris . Poor AC in the rooms. Slippery bath tubs / no bath maths. No shower curtain or bathroom fan. Bathroom gets too steamy for showers .

The accommodations were top notch including the room service, breakfast, comfort and hospitality.
I want to give special recognition to the bartenders in the lounge bar. They were extremely professional and poured outstanding drinks. Their names were Andrew and Enzo....
