My son said the hotel was nice enough but after he returned home and emailing the hotel about his deposit not being returned he is yet to receive a reply. 100 down the drain. Poor communication and outright thievery from the hotel....

Very nice hotel, centrally located in a nice neigbourhood. The staff at the reception is very friendly and check-in and check-out are efficient. I thought that the rooms were rather small but everything was there (Nespresso machine, etc.) and it was clean. The shower provides enough warm water and the beds are of good quality. My room was also very quiet but dark because it had only one small window.

This would have been a maximum 2 star review were the staff not awesome overall. The room I booked looked nothing like the room I was expecting, it was small and almost claustrophobic, thankfully I was switched to a slightly bigger room, which, on going back to reconcile looked more like the room I booked originally even though it was still small. I had a lovely stay at Hôtel Wallace on my first visit to Paris. Marie Zara was professional, kind, and very helpful with transport and airport arrangements, and Sofia was also warm and welcoming at check-out.
The room is sleek with a classic design, and the location is excellent within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.
I would happily recommend Hôtel Wallace to anyone visiting Paris....

We were warmly welcomed by Sofia and were delighted to find that one room had been upgraded as well as we were both being gifted with free breakfast by the team. . Erica was also extraordinarily helpful and friendly very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Both of the women that we worked with at the front desk were a credit to the organization..
