Oversold no room no assistance . Booked through Hyatt took uber here and no rooms and girl at desk is like oh sorry I dont even see your reservation technical issue. Wont do anything. I ask to call around says nothing close. Call Hyatt a a globalist and they keep us on hold for almost 2 hours offering us to stay at Hyatt House by the airport which is 45 mins away. Made the reservation through Hyatt since this is a Mr and Mrs Smith property.
Even though I showed the man at the front desk my reservation number, confirmation emails from both the hotel and Hyatt they said they didnt have a room for me. This was after 10pm at night when we just got to Paris and were told to come back the next day. We had to end up shelling out $1600 euros at a different hotel since most hotels wer...

The hotel was located in a great location in Paris with lots of trendy shops, boutique cafes and restaurants as well as a Metro station and pharmacy all nearby. It was also great we could take a leisurely walk to the Eiffel Tower which was a particular highlight.
The room was comfortable, we had a twin joining room which offered plenty of space for my family and I to relax in. Only niggle about our room was the bat...

My niece and I stayed at Hotel Wallace for 5 nights. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable. Location is easy to get to major attractions from. Opportunities were check-inwe couldnt get into our room until 6pm after a very long travel day. The AC does not work well at all and turns off every 2 hours. We were never able to get the room cooler than 24.5 C and there are no sheets on the bed jus...

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.
Within a few minutes of Montparnasse Station and restaurants. Room was delightful and well equipment and even though it was a little small we could move around it with ease. We will definitely stay there again....
