A hotel of organized criminals

Caveat emptor.
My Tiffany Ring was stolen from a safe.
The hotels toilet broke while being cleaned by the housekeeper. Suddenly technicians, other housekeepers trooped into my room to fix it . The next morning I realized my ring was gone and the technician has the safe key. The hotel denied all liability though by law theyre liable. So this hotel is dangerous. This was our fourth stay at Hotel Westminster in the past two years, and we continue to be very impressed. The recent refurbishments have really enhanced the communal areas, especially the lobby, which now feels even more welcoming and elegant.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westminster Hotel, Rue de la Paix!
From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. Every staff member was polite, kind, and attentive.
