Quiet, clean hotel with large room and sparkling new bathrooms and shower. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast spread. Air Conditioning was silent and the hot towel racks were a nice touch. Just the right size. We will be back!...

Lovely hotel - small (but lovely) room and good service

I stayed two nights in late June and would certainly come back. I was working and the room set up probably not the best for working (the desk is an old fashioned style) but I liked the hotel. Room was small (603) and pricey but perfectly equipped with plug points, air con and a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also small but lovely with a bathtub as well as overhead shower.

Stayed for two nights. The second one was forced due to the return of the London-bound Eurostar to Paris following accidents on track. Fashion week was on, so the entire city had zero availability and I had no reservation on my unscheduled return to Hotel Westminster at midnight. Ramata at reception was outstanding! She went above and beyond to find a solution. Called at least 80 other hotels in Paris to no avail. Sh...

This hotel took a 700 cash deposit and also charged my card with full payment, then refused to return the cash.

Hello,
I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel involving my deposit. I paid a cash deposit (with proof), but the staff charged my card as well and refused to refund the cash or unblock the card. Daniel, a staff member, was extremely rude and aggressive and forced me to leave with no resolution.
This is not the first time. I previously gave the hotel another chance after a misunderstanding ...
