This hotel does not deserve 5 stars honestly, not even 4.
There was constant noise in the room, likely from the air conditioning or internal systems, repeating every couple of hours. Something is clearly wrong with their setup, making proper rest impossible.
Hotel is tired and needs renovation.

This was our fourth stay at Hotel Westminster in the past two years, and we continue to be very impressed. The recent refurbishments have really enhanced the communal areas, especially the lobby, which now feels even more welcoming and elegant.
