Five star experience in every respect

The hotel has an excellent location just off the Champs Élysées, but the rooms at the back are exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Staff in all departments are particularly friendly and efficient.
This is a five star hotel in all respects but also retains the feel of staying in a private house. Outstanding establishment, highly recommended...

The Lancaster Hotel in Paris is beautiful! I have to say the people, the staff, and the administration made the trip! So thoughtful, great communication, excellent customer service. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!...

Understated elegance and charm

This is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. The staff are kind and accommodating. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. Its a place where superior service is understated and staying here felt like a hug. I will always stay here when I visit Paris in the future....

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Lancaster.
Individual aspects are summarized below.
Check in: Very smooth, completed online ahead of arrival.
Location: Excellent central location. 5 mintue walk to Champs Elysee, 2-3 miles to arrondisemments 1-9. Despite central location it was quiet.
