In my 40+ years of staying at hotels in Paris I have never had a better experience than my recent stay at Le Général Hôtel. In particular, the staff at this hotel is one of the friendliest and most attentive I have ever dealt with anywhere in the world. We chose this hotel through an EasyJet package..We were not disappointed..Luiz checked us in and offered and gave us some very good info of local places etc to eat..So please ask for any info..I had also previously asked if I could get a happy 60th banner in the room and it was no problem at all..Ever so helpful..Yes other reviews have said the rooms are small..I upgraded to a wee balcony room so got to sit outside f...

Our stay at Le General Hotel was beyond perfect! The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable and is on a quiet street but is close to everything a visitor could want (great bakeries, coffee shops, Metro stations, The Marais, Canal St Martin...)! The most incredible thing about the hotel is the staff, all super welcoming and helpful! Don't hesitate to book Le General Hotel....

We had a brilliant stay at Le Général Hotel. The room was very clean, well equipped, and a good size for Paris. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic. They went out of their way to make my birthday weekend really special. We will definitely be visiting again!...
