This hotel is rated four star, beware it is far from it. On entering room 604 my wife hit her head of door as door hits of bed and only opens half way. Room was boxy and carpets badly stained. Brekfast area very small and cafe like, some seats ripped. We only spent 2 hours at hotel and left, booking another 4 star hotel across the road which was outstanding, at my loss. Nice hotel in great location. Walking distance from major attractions. Room clean, everything we needed including toiletries, tea/coffee and even a fridge. Very helpful friendly staff who organised a taxi for us to the airport. Would definitely recommend....

Definitely not a 4 star. When we arrived to the hotel and opened the door to our room we were greeted by the smell of stall smoke and urine. Hotel room looked run down. We were able to open the windows to air out. We faced the street across from metro and train station so very loud during the day and most of the night can be loud too. Very poor service from the staff of this hotel. Would strongly recommend that you find another hotel. There are no shortages of better establishments close by to St Lazare station. The hotel is a more a hostel and not well kept or maintained....

Nice hotel. Not major on bar and front desk facilities. But a very functional and clean room and amazingly helpful staff, including Jugunthal, who allowed us to leave our bags whilst climbing the Eiffel Tower on the last day. Great breakfast which appears from nowhere. Nice rooms....
