Overall, it was pleasant. The reception staff treated us impeccably and respectfully, and the facilities were always very clean.
The only issue I encountered was that none of the USB ports at the headboard (four, two on each side) were working, and the only outlet that worked only for charging my cell phone, tablet, or power bank was the one in the bathroom. I brought my adapter, and I was able to charge them, but o...

Had a great stay. I chose the hotel because the listing gave me confidence that it would be accessible for my wheelchair. (This is quite rare). It was excellent, the lift is large enough for my large electric wheelchair and plenty of space to manoeuvre. The room was a delight, perfectly accessible and comfortable. Would highly recommend to other wheelchair users in particular.

Location of the hotel is perfect just next to Grand Lazale station and therefore, convenient to go everywhere. Room is very clean and big enough. Among others, the reception is extremely kind. I get so much information on Paris from him. Strongly recommendacle....

Friendly reception without waiting time and no extra costs, except standard city tax. Nice silent room with window to inside of building and accessible per elevator. Good room service with free tea, coffee and bathtub ingredients. Tasty breakfast with much to choose from and croissant. Friendly stuff members. 5min per foot to the next train station and city bike rental in front of the building. I would go there again...
