Not Willing to Do The Right Thing and Help

Our family was in London and had plans to stay at Tsuba for 3 nights over NYE and on the way to Paris the EuroStar unfortunately broke down with overhead power lines in tunnel on December 30th. After 5 hours of being stuck on train, they had to backtrack to London. We were stuck with nowhere to go as all trains for next 2 days were cancelled and all flights to Paris were sold out. This was a very well located hotel, about a 5 min walk from L'Arc De Triomphe and the associated train lines.
The room was clean and modern with a kettle, daily water and we had Madeleine cakes in our room when we arrived.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The public areas were clean, warm and inviting.
The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety.
