A Budget Simple Hotel
We travelled from Gare du Nord via Public bus #43 which was very easy (Even with a suitcase)
Hotel was just a 3 minute walk from the Bus Stop
The Air con was great.
On our First night the Bar was not open
Our Second night it was but there was too much noise from the bar till past midnight.
Room servicing was very late (after 3:30)
We had been out all day in the extreme heat and the lady had on...

Excellent hotel in centre of Paris. Within a few minutes of LArc de Triomphe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was a good size and clean. Good restaurants close by - try Monsieur Madame. Very good . Only issue was soap/ tea/ milk not replenished after first night...

We recently stayed at Le Tsuba Hotel and found it to be just okay, especially considering the high price.
Our Junior Suite felt cramped once both beds were in use, and there were maintenance issues like peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling and a non-functional TV remote. Beds are very firm. The need to reserve time in the gym was also an odd inconvenience.

Very close to the Arc de Triomphe, Le Tsuba has nice, clean rooms, an attentive staff that goes out of their way to make you comfortable, pleasant bar and outside patio, and sauna. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. Ive stayed here a few times for business and have not been disappointed....
