This is a great cozy hotel. The staff is so attentive and the rooms are clean and not noisy at night. I would highly recommend it....

If the hotel really suffered some kind of cyberattack or system failure, then the biggest issue here is not even the technical problem itself it is how they handled it.
A serious hotel knows perfectly well that if reservations are inaccessible or unusable, guests will still continue arriving throughout the night expecting accommodation. And yet apparently nobody considered it necessary to notify customers in advance...

Do not book at this hotel! They do false marketing on platforms such as booking or agoda then proceed to cancel your reservation! They always say that the platforms were hacked and they proceed to ask you for a higher price! Absolute scammers...

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, and got a confirmed reservation. A week later I got a message from Booking.com that the hotel had cancelled my reservation due to overbooking! No message from the hotel, and difficult to get any information from the hotel, by phone or by mail, other than a laconic message saying I can rebook directly with them at the full rate if I want. We had a reservation at Le Littré from June 12th to June 15th, which was suddenly cancelled through Booking.com without any explanation. On the same day, we noticed that the hotel had significantly increased the room rates.
