A/C Not Working!

The location is nice. Unfortunately the room A/C was not working and it was very warm in the evenings. When I mentioned the A/C didnt work, they were only able to accommodate a move to a different room for the last night of my stay. They made no effort to offer anything for my inconvenience or compensate for this in any way. The windows could be opened, but there was too much street noise to keep them open and s...

Nice & competent staff. Room is clean with fresh furnishing. Classic room at 16m2 is decent size with relatively spacious bathroom. Hotel location is convenient, can walk north to Palais Garnier & Galeries Lafayette and south to the Louvre easily under good weather....

Very pleasant hotel in the Opera district

We had a very nice star at Lyric. Friendly, boutique style, ok breakfast, not 100 % sound proof rooms, but ok. Nicely decorated, firm beds, good bed linnen, very high ceilings which is nice. I kind of don't like glass to the shower room, although I know it is modern. I guess I'm old fashioned. But I'd stay there again. Very good value for money....

The hotel is in a great location close to Opera. Staff were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. We would return....
