I'm very disappointed from the Yong man

Somehow disappointed with my experience at the end. Before the checkout the young man was rude, unprofessional, and seemed annoyedalmost as if he was upset whenever a question is asked. It almost ruined my last days in Paris. Great location, but very poor service....

all the staff are so nice, easy to get information from. check in was super quick wasnt due to check in until 3 however went to the hotel to drop our bags off so we could start our day at 11 and the room was ready. the only bad thing about the stay was the breakfast it was a very small offering including tiny strips of bacon, whole egg, almost raw sausage. the pastry selection on the other hand was wonderful they ha...

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, nice place. Personally, would have preferred kettle over fancy coffee machine in room. Otherwise everything was perfect....

We enjoyed the proximity of the Lyric Hotel to places we wanted to visit across our five days. The pool and facilities were good, the team friendly and very helpful with our luggage. The breakfast was inclusive and we thought there was a decent selection. The room was spacious however we noted there could be better use of the space. The wardrobe was very small, no drawers and no hooks at the entrance for coats or umb...
