Tiny rooms, brusque personnel, no bar, restaurant or amenities. Avoid at all cost. Rude staff and overpriced.

Skip this place. Way overpriced with the smallest rooms I have ever seen. Bathroom privacy is literally a curtain. The wood floors are disgusting. Front desk brags about its mini bar containing two waters, one Coke Zero and an iced tea . This place is so disappointing it almost ruins Paris....

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Lyric. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative. The rooms was quiet and clean. The location was the most convenient for us given that it's 2 blocks away from two different metro lines. ...

Good central location..
More 3 star than 4 star hotel..
Staff were rude, aggressive and indifferent.
Total lack of communication between staff.
Promised private spa, then denied it.
Frozen bread for breakfast, which was very basic. Staff member started arguing about late check out. This had already been confirmed in writing. The worst experience off customer service. Have stayed at many hotels all around the world.

This hotel is like a 5 star location great price amazing spa luxurious rooms luxurious with extras like robes slippers experience lotions tv that you can cast to coffee machine fridge clean beautiful stylish and staff are the best...
