The hotel is nice and the staff very friendly but the coffee machine in the room didn't work, they couldn't fix it and didn't replace it although I stayed for 5 days...

We have really enjoyed our stay at the Lyric hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely with everything we required for an enjoyable stay in Paris. Great breakfast with good choice of hot / cold buffet selections. The location of the hotel was perfect for an easy walk to the Louvre area and not too far from the Montmartre area. We definitely hope to return. ...

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The reason its not a top rating is that we couldnt turn off the light in the bathroom. We stayed in room 505. The breakfast staff on Friday, May 23rd, were fantastic, but the staff on Saturday, May 24th, were arrogant and provided very poor service. They didnt bother to restock the buffet even though we were not late at all and more guests kept arriving....

Very good location good standard. Very good cleaning everyday, missing drawer for clothes, toilet separate from bathroom , vg desk support...
