Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Room was very clean and the bed was perfect. The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay the best. We had a tense moment at the railway station, when I realized that I had left my phone back in our room and it had the tickets to our Versailles tour on it. The staff quickly went into action to get us the information we needed. So grateful for their calm and ...

The night receptionist and the receptionist on the morning we left were very rude to us. The first guy just didn't really care, unfriendly and unhelpful. The second was making faces at us because we paid two ways for an outstanding city tax. It wasn't busy and it wasn't necessary to show the inconvenience in his expression. Great hotel, great location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and a calm experience. Rooms are well equipped with a great comfy bed and balcony with small table and chairs. Would recommend to everyone visiting Paris. Would visit again....

Excellent hotel, brilliant location and very, very clean. Great size room and they provided a few soft drinks free which was a nice surprise. They provide free coffee and tea in the lobby area and there is a nice fitness area and pool downstairs. Will travel there again....
