We had such a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be coming back soon, especially for a trip to Disneyland.

The room was spotless and well maintained throughout my stay. I was especially impressed by the amenities they were amazing and very thoughtfully provided. Everything I needed was available, which made the stay comfortable and stress free.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful hotel for 3 nights . We reached the hotel on 4th Dec and warmly welcomed by Mr Julien , the Room Division manager . His attentiveness gave us assurance of a comfortable stay even we have not go in to the rooms . The Chinese guy named Wang was extremely helpful and patient during our check in process . Stayed here 3 nights in the Alcove room, which was spacious. The hotel is stylish and the room was great as well with a modern touch. Overall I would have rate it 4 out 5, if it weren't for the blood stain on bed and towels. I didn't expect this from a 4 star hotel. Also I asked for an iron and ironing board but they couldn't provided it as their housekeeping was done at 6 pm and not back until 9 am. I need to iron m...
