Following the hotels prior response to my original review (in which the matter was described as a misunderstanding), I submitted a formal complaint about the concierge I referenced to the professional association Les Clefs dOr for independent review.

Not a 5 star by any stretch
Tiny hotel and tiny rooms and cluttered
No breakfast buffet only ala carte and not great
Tiny restaurant
Its literally a hotel in a cubby hole
Service is good I have to say but it does not compare to actual 5 starts in Paris or Europe
For the price there are better 5 stars and even 4 stars in the area so do not recommend

Spectacular Stay at Monsieur George

Monsieur George was an absolutely beautiful hotel. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you're greeted by a spectacularly aesthetic atmosphere and incredibly kind staff. The room was comfortable, beautifully designed and the balcony had a wonderful view. I enjoyed the rain shower head, pleasantly scented soaps, comfortable robe and slippers.

Our valentines weekend stay at Monsieur George was fantastic. The hotel is very nice, very classy and all of the staff were great. Id like to make a special mention to Christopher the concierge, who was great. Absolutely anything we wanted he was able to help with from reservations, to drivers , to tickets for shows. He even drove us to the airport himself when we were leaving. Thank you so much Christopher, you abs...
