My teenage son and I have just spent four nights at the Hotel Magellan whilst exploring Paris. This was an excellent find, with the hotel being situated in a quiet location, yet within a few minutes walk of both Porte Maillot and Porte de Champerret plus a selection of great restaurants for evening meals.

The location was good. We arrived and was offered a complimentary drink either at the bar or in our room 2 of us said in our room and 3 others at the bar. Meeting up in the Lounge they had their bottle of water & nibbles. I asked for ours and was told that only people in a junior suite can have it.doesnt say that on their web page. Needs a fridge in the room and the glassware should be new everyday had to wash our ow...

Amazing hotel in a lovely, quiet area. Close to all amenities and easy to get to local transport hubs. The rooms and hotel are extremely clean and well presented. The breakfast is great, such a great selection for everyone. The hotel staff are friendly and polite and will do whatever they can to help. Wed definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Paris....

We arrived during a heatwave but the room air-conditioning had been left running so we entered a wonderfully cool room. The rooms are very clean modern and comfortable. Plenty of sockets to plug chargers in, with adapters for French sockets of course. As Brits, we were pleased to get BBC1, BBC2 on the TV. Kettle in the room so could make tea. Breakfast buffet very well stocked. Would come again ...

3rd Visit - Feels like home!

We stayed from the 13th - 16th June at The Magellan. This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and each time it gets better and better!
We have never returned to the same hotel twice, let alone 3 times! There are thousands of hotels in Paris but this one is simply special.
The location is superb, rooms incredibly comfortable and clean along with a fantastic breakfast.
