Lovely quirky little city hotel, with the friendliest of staff.
Might not be the grandest hotel, but the cleanliness and lovely staff easily make up for it.
Very central location, allowing guest to walk to places like Montmartre, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay and Notre Dame.
Yes, we'd choose it again....

Good location for tourism..The entrance with the screened off reception made it look downmarket on arrival which was intimidating as a solo traveller and the stairs etc really dated but room although old fashioned looked fine but tiny. I think it would be very cramped for two. Worst thing about hotel is noise affecting sleep. You can hear everything through the wooden floors above you....

Very nice hotel at the Heart of Paris. Room was Very well decorated, renovated. We really liked the breakfast lots of varietys. Theres a coffee machine in the lobby that is free all day for the guests. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. Excellent and friendly staffs. Shakir was so helpful and kind at the front desk. We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next trip to PARIS....

Stayed 3 days to this lovely Hotel. room is quiet, clean, beautiful and renovated. You have everything you need from clothes hangers to towels and a kettle, and it is cleaned everyday (with new bottles of water everyday!) The bed is comfortable and toilets are brand new. The hotel itself is very clean and the staffs are nice. Have to mention SHAKIRs name. The breakfast is basic but good (cheese, eggs, bread, pastrie...

Nice hotel and friendly staffs

That was a pleasant stay at hotel maison axel. Stayed 3 nights. Room is big enough for two people and breakfast was a plus point. Many restaurants and tourists attractions are nearby. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming specially Shakir was awesome at the front desk. Very convenient location. We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next visit to Paris....
