We have just got back from a lovely stay at the Paxton Spa Hotel. I really could not fault it. The staff were very friendly. We had breakfast included and there was something for everyone. We used the restaurant one evening and had a lovely meal. Family rooms were very spacious with an upstairs. Cleaners came daily. Gaming room with bowling for the kids. Spa for everyone to use. This is a great family hotel for staying while visiting Paris and Disneyland. Large and well equipped family rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Free shuttle bus to local RER train station making it very easy to travel and hotel restaurant is very good....

Well, I was waiting to leave a review for this hotel after me and my family had the worst experience staying here for our Christmas 2024 holiday. The hospitality is really bad. Perhaps, we should have paid for them to smile as none of the staff has a smile on their faces. We felt so scary and weird to walk around of them not being friendly enough with us. Very disappointed by the staff of this hotel, they were very rude towards myself and family. Certainly not kid friendly as advertised exp as Disneyland is advertised so close. Was told the pool open hours for children were a certain time and we were using the pool during the times advised, we were forced to leave while using the facilities.
