We had a wonderful stay at the Plaza Tour Eiffel hotel. We got into Paris early and they happily held our luggage for the day so we could go out. When we came back, they'd already moved it into our room once it was available. The front desk staff were always very friendly and were happy to help us with questions about how to navigate Paris. The room itself was clean and tidy. The cleaning crew were great. Coming...

Amazing service. Great breakfast. I cant recommend this hotel enough. They made our stay in Paris so stress free.
This hotel is in a good location and is a very good value. But, it is the staff that make it a cut above....

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was just was wonderful as the first. The location, staff, cleanliness and atmosphere are all perfect. We were greeted by Elise who was so friendly and helpful, she took the time to show answer all questions and show us the local sights on a map. It was a special birthday for my Mum and the room had balloons and a bottle of wine. We couldnt have been more impresse...
