This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was just was wonderful as the first. The location, staff, cleanliness and atmosphere are all perfect. We were greeted by Elise who was so friendly and helpful, she took the time to show answer all questions and show us the local sights on a map. It was a special birthday for my Mum and the room had balloons and a bottle of wine. We couldnt have been more impresse...

We had the most fabulous stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are fantastic and everything was seamless. Breakfast was ideal and the location was just perfect for us....

This hotel does not deserve one star , small rooms , no hygiene , no customer service
It was so bad , toilets over flows , they skip 2 days then they send a bottle of champagne to tell us sorry . They offered us a bathroom to use in 4th floor where our room was in 6th floor
I put the bathrobe on floor to change it , they hang it again
Cups & glasses never cleaned
Terrace never cleaned

Wonderful Hotel very close to many tourist attractions. but still felt quiet and safe at night. On arrival we were so delighted to see the room had a balcony with a view of the eiffel tower and it was spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, so helpful and warm. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and the croissants were delicious. I genuinely felt very at home here and I will definitely be back.....
