Stayed at this hotel 22 April 2025 - 26 April 2025 in a Superior room. Caitlyia (misspelled!) check us in and told us our Rm. 311 was ready. She is an absolute JEWEL for this hotel! So friendly and helpful. We were fortunate that she checked was there Friday the 25th and helped us with taxi pricing info; she was correct! There was no task she could not help us with. Now, our room: Worst location in the hotel. ...

Excellent stay

Just back from a weekend trip. We had a great stay, all the staff where very nice and helpful. The room was absolutely spotless. We literally were only in at bed time and to change but couldn't fault it. Literally 3 seconds from arc de triomphe, and the metro. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back...

Excellent location, staff very helpful and pleasant. Room excellent only thing I would have liked was a mirror in bedroom area by table. Breakfast was excellent and plenty choice and fresh. Lots of restaurants near by to try a coffee or meal out....

Had an excellent break in this boutique style hotel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable with shower in the ensuite and hairdryer provided. Security box in the room. Plugs were near the bed. Tea and coffee were provided with a kettle in the room. Breakfast was fantastic with everything you could want there and replenished regularly.

Wonderful Hotel in Great Location

So pleased we booked this hotel.
Lovely and clean and in a great location. Just a stones' throw from the Arc de triomphe and handily situated close to a metro station which is connected to multiple lines.
The staff here were friendly and all spoke English.
Our room was small, but comfortable and well equipped.
Perfect for a couples weekend away....
