Fantastic Stay with Truly Thoughtful Service

I had a fantastic 3-night stay in March. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great views over the city. The service throughout was excellent and really made the stay feel special.

Well located for train and good hotel

Although hotel is not in the best part of Paris it is truly convenient if you need to take the train. Super easy to walk across the road. Hotel itself is typical large business like hotel however staff is excellent making stay very enjoyable. Gym was very nice and well equipped. Very poor customer service

Although hotel was ok, reception took £300 deposit from my debit card. My boyfriend and I did not have a credit card so this unexpected charge really ate into our spending money. We have fought for 2 months to get this back, so much so, our bank had to step in to sort out. Nice hotel, shame about customer service. Tainted our break in Paris which was a real shame....

Hotel was lovely and the breakfast buffet selection was excellent. Hotel had a lovely easter weekend egg hunt for kids and beautiful decor....

Rooms: The rooms here were really clean, nicely laid out and modern. The view from our window was great over the city. Water bottles in the fridge, and nespresso coffee provided. The room is quite open plan, comfortable and a great place to relax after a busy day in the city. There is also room service 24/7 for food but we didn't use this so can't comment on that.
