My comment is regarding the reservation process with Mia Blanchard with the hotel. I needed to extend a reservation for a client staying in Paris on a river cruise. Mia has been a wonderful gift! She linked the reservations and helped with early morning transfers to CDG. Thank you! I am confident that my guests will be pampered.

Lots of niggles - not worth the money.

We stayed at this hotel as it was listed as a partner hotel for an event my husband was attending. First impressions were quite good, the reception area was nice and the door staff helpful..sadly it was down hill from there. Whilst I appreciate the hotel was busy due to the conference it doesn't excuse poor food hygiene or rooms that have numerous issues or poor service.

High end hotel, excellent location, priced right compared to other hotels. Shabbat friendly with keys and stairs. Very responsive staff. Would stay again....

This was our first time in Paris. Perfect stay. Large, well appointed room. Beautiful decor. Had food and drinks in the bar which was nice but expensive (as you expect). Very accessible to the sights and lots nearby. Hospitable staff. Very nice stay no complaints ....
