Hotel was fine, but major issue was that a 50 euro deposit was taken on check in. We were informed that this would be refunded upon checkout less city tax (around 7 euro for me and my young daughter). We never received our deposit back- I have emailed the hotel twice and have yet received no response (our stay was about a month ago- one night). This left a bad taste, so I wouldnt go again- I would advise other guest...

Reception staff amazing realy helpful especially the lady sorry didn't get her name .Hotel very clean could not fault it . We ate in the restaurant food was gorgeous but a little expensive .should be a discount for guests . A few things missing in the room a hairdryer and proper cups instead of cardboard. Apart from that excellent .But I do have to say I had a expresso martini for 12 Euro was the worst one I have ev...

If you have booked this hotel, dont despair. Personally though, I wouldnt recommend to a friend.
Positives
Room was ok, I would liken to a UK premier inn. We had a premium room but Im not sure what made it premium in any way.
Bed was large and comfy - two large singles together. Extra pillows and blankets in box by bed.
Nespresso coffee machine with pods left daily. Water refill point in reception.

Was a bit wary after reading some of the reviews regarding location but we had no issues. Yes we saw markets set up but they caused us no trouble, on 2 separate nights myself and my partner walked back to the hotel after midnight from Montmartre centre with no issues at all, at that time of night it was very quiet we didn't see anyone else around. It is about 10/15 minute walk from nearest metro which isn't great but...

lovely hotel. staff however arent so lovely. area isnt great. we asked for our room to be made up the 4 nights we were here and only once did they do it. Breakfast was very good. one lady working very hard in a blue top! Man behind reception in green suit was very rude. Wouldnt give us our suitcase for at least 10 minutes because they got the tags mixed up and told us it wasnt our suitcase, so had to provide proo...
