Saved from a night in the train station!!

This hotel was a lifesaver!! My friend and I missed our train and got stuck in Paris overnight on our way back to London! Luckily, my friend had stayed at the Vic Eiffel a few years ago and remembered how nice it was, so she looked and they had a room available!! Amazing location you can walk to practically every tourist spot also a metro across the road. Staff wonderful. Rooms excellent beautifully decorated, very clean. Amazing towels and beds, luxury bathroom products. Just around the corner chez Leo a small but beautiful bistro family run I think food and service excellent....

Fantastic hotel
Hotel: We were able to check in early which was fantastic
Room was lovely. Comfortable bed. Cleaned every day. Fresh towels and coffee machine topped up
We stayed room only but did have breakfast one morning. Pastries. Yogurt. Etc. there is also a coffee machine in the main reception area as well. Theres a safe in the room and a fridge. Also a hairdryer

Just got back from a 3 night stay at the hotel to celebrate my birthday with my partner, the experience from start to finish was amazing we were made to feel so welcome, the staff are fantastic. Our room was clean and well equipped and the soundproofing is amazing we had such a quiet nights sleep. Also the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. This hotel is in a great location with the metro just across the road & many shop and café near by .
However , I feel the website needs updating as air con didnt work , I was disappointed when there was no hot breakfast options like stated on the website . When we asked staff about this we just got told well theres eggs.
