The staff are warm and accomodating. They always wear a smile. The location is accessible and near the tourist attractions. Location is also safe. The room is spacious enough. I definitely recommend the hotel....

Messy and Cloe were so helpful at check in, and throughout, ensuring my wife was surprised with balloons and champagne on arrival. Apoloma was fantastic with bar service in the evenings and always made sure all guest were looked after before ending her shift. Her wine recommendations were 10/10! Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Spotlessly clean with well appointed rooms. The beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. Lovely area of Paris- great bistrot La Gorgée - not far, short walk to Luxembourg Gardens and metro. Thank you to Areski and Fanta, great service from both- also all the other staff were lovely too. Would definitely return. :)...

We stayed at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Paris and enjoyed a strong experience. The location put us close to key sights. The hotel stayed quiet and gave us space to rest. The rooms stayed clean, comfortable, and well kept.
The service lifted the stay from excellent to unforgettable. Jessy, Chloe, and Chineeze stood out.

Lovely Hotel, great location and staff were very helpful. Only small downside was the WiFi was a bit poor but a small point. Thanks for a wonderful stay....
