The hotel amenities and location are first rate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mention of a gorgeous staff member in the breakfast room - Kerbie , your welcoming smile, and warm lovely character was a great start to every day - just what a couple of bedraggled, jet lagged Aussies needed...

We had a very clean and quiet deluxe room with great shower on the ground floor . Staff was super friendly and always helpful.
Being picky some things could be better :
the bottom bed sheets were too small for the bed, did not seem to fit
Uses glasses were not cleaned. Quality of toilet paper was abominable, please do something about this. No shower caps.

This is a fantastic hotel, right from the very warm welcome at Reception to the spacious and well appointed and comfortable room. A really good breakfast and a tranquil courtyard sheltered from the busy surroundings. Near good Metro lines and the RER from the airport, this was a really good experience and we hope to return soon....

The location of the hotel in Montparnasse was perfect, and close to the RER B line to CDG airport, and close to Metro stops, and train stations. The hotel was perfectly quiet. The courtyard was very peaceful. The rooms were nicely appointed, very clean, and pretty furnishing and decor. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. An excellent hotel in a pleasant area. The room was a good size for Paris. The staff were wonderful- very helpful in every way. We would happily return....
