Very nice, new room. The rooms are a good size. Excellent reception staff, always helpful and friendly. Very good location for exploring Paris. Many good restaurants nearby. Metro station very close. Very good value for money. It's a pleasure to stay here....

Bed Bugs and No AC

Had a horrible stay here that ruined my trip. Louise the manager did nothing when I complained about the problems. They had other available rooms but made me suffer in this terrible room. The 3rd night I slept by the door on the floor to avoid bug bites. I had to by a usb fan since it was 85 degrees in the room. You have been warned. I am shocked and saddened in how terrible the experience was and they just did not c...

Viva lHôtel Villa Modigliani

My friends and I needed a reasonably priced hotel near Gare Montparnasse, and booked the Hôtel Villa Modigliani for one night before our travel by train to Tours and one night coming back after our train from Tours. Both experiences were exceptional. The staff is very friendly. The renovated rooms are nicely furnished and are quite spacious.
The hotel is also set within a courtyard, which makes it really quiet even...

A quiet sanctuary away from the busy, hussle of Paris. Perfectly located with great amenities close by including the metro. Hotel room was very clean and bed comfortable. Lovely vibrant staff at reception were very helpful booking taxis and providing advice....

Wonderful Hotel in Montparnasse

Lovely, comfortable hotel, stayed in newly renovated section.Helpful staff. Front and back courtyards offer a calm at the end of a busy day visiting other parts of the city. Very conveinetly located in Montparnasse, close to Luxembourg gardens, Montparnasse Cimiterie, great cafes, and restaurants. easy walk to nearby arrondissements. wish I could have stayed at the hotel and Paris longer!...
