A great hotel in a very good location. There is a supermarket literally two minutes away for extra drinks and snacks. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are modern and well equipped. There is a nice garden with sun and shade for relaxing after a days sightseeing. Breakfast is first class. I would recommend unreservedly....

Tiago the manager did not honor the agreement we had made with the previous manager. He charged us an extra nights stay. He was extremely rude and unprofessional....

Staff extremely helpful, room kept immaculate, quiet area less than 5 mins walk to a four story shopping mall and a further two minutes to Mercardo do Bolhão. Excellent restaurant - reasonably priced....

Great hotel for first trip to Porto

Lovely hotel about a 10 minute walk from centre. Initially road looks a bit rundown but is fine.
Great night sleep as super quiet and comfy bed.
Aircon was so quiet and worked well but adjusting it tricky but works which is the main thing.
Stuff were all so polite and always very helpful.
Extra hooks in the shower area would be helpful to put clothing on.
Housekeeping do a great job everything lovely and fresh on ...
