Tiago the manager did not honor the agreement we had made with the previous manager. He charged us an extra nights stay. He was extremely rude and unprofessional....

Staff extremely helpful, room kept immaculate, quiet area less than 5 mins walk to a four story shopping mall and a further two minutes to Mercardo do Bolhão. Excellent restaurant - reasonably priced....

Great hotel for first trip to Porto

Lovely hotel about a 10 minute walk from centre. Initially road looks a bit rundown but is fine.
Great night sleep as super quiet and comfy bed.
Aircon was so quiet and worked well but adjusting it tricky but works which is the main thing.
Stuff were all so polite and always very helpful.
Extra hooks in the shower area would be helpful to put clothing on.
Housekeeping do a great job everything lovely and fresh on ...

This hotel is American sized. The rooms are American sized, we had a king bed and were not crammed in, and the bathroom wasn't tiny. It was very nicely decorated with quality features (such as cristallo marble in the shower). It is a little set apart from the main drag of Porto. They are understaffed and as such, the staff was not very helpful....

Location of hotel was very sketchy and homeless people close by. You have to walk a few blocks to get to a nicer area. I would not stay in that area The hotel room was very tight for 2 people. Major issue was the air conditioner as you had to adjust it every time you come back to a stuffy room. The unit to control it you needed an engineer degree. Breakfast was just ok. The coffee machine made our watered down coffee...
