We were welcomed and served by a gracious and helpful staff - Guilerme and Bruna in the morning and Jacquelina in the afternoon - who made breakfast to order as we requested, mailed our postcards, and even arranged a ride to the airport. My wife and I recently stayed at Exmo and we had an excellent experience. We had a fabulous room facing the back which overlooks the Duoro River and the room had everything we could have wished for (and more). We were pleasantly surprised by the heated floor in the bathroom! The location is very convenient for exploring Porto and we never once needed an Uber other than going to the airport. We found the exmo hotel to be super.
Location perfect for exploring Porto.
Staff so friendly and willing to help. Very nice team.
Rooms are very well appointed. We found bed superb, yes the shower takes a minute to warm up but that is no issue.
Not at all disappointed with choice.
Great breakfast choices in a relaxed place.

I can't praise this hotel enough, particularly the reception staff. Nuno, Maria, and Martin were incredibly hospitable and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was a pleasant one.
