A great hotel right in the center of Porto! Everything about it is great! The breakfast, the cleaning, the service! Big shout out to the front-desk team which made my stay even better by providing with crucial tips and recommendations. Always love to see great focus on costumer service and care. Had an excellent time at this NH hotel! Informed front desk we were celebrating our honeymoon and they gifted us with champagne and desserts! They apologized because they didnt have a room with a view available but what can you do ️. The room was a touch small but the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was solid. We stayed at the NH Collection Hotel for 3 nights. It was conveniently located, near shops and restaurants, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. After a long day of touring we were so appreciative of the easy dinner where the staff Bruno, Pedro, and Margarida were friendly, attentive and responsive....
