This was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficientspecial thanks to Ana Sofia at Reception and to Miguel and Álvaro in the restaurant, who started our days with cheer, a smile and an energising shot!

What is delightful experience it was staying at NH collection. The staff was so welcoming and much. Thanks. Goes out to Alice at the front desk, not to mention Alvaro, karla and Gabriella at the breakfast table. They just couldnt do enough for us. The swimming pool downstairs was delightful. The location was perfect nearby wonderful restaurants and attractions....

A well located, hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and modern and our breakfast was excellent. We had a great experience.
The christmas market was right outside the door which added another dimension to our stay....

I had dinner at the restaurant in NH Batalha and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Margarida and Bruno provided excellent service very friendly and attentive. They made the whole experience even better. I definitely recommend it and would happily return!...

I had an excellent dining experience at the NH Batalha hotel restaurant. The dinner was delicious, with beautifully prepared and presented dishes. However, the highlight of the evening was definitely the service provided by Margarida.
