The best hotel in Porto, near bus and train station. The high quality of the hotel makes the difference. Sure we will return to the hotel in the next visit to Porto....

I stayed for two nights in October and very impressed. It is nice to stay out of the city centre, if you dont mind the walk, it is easy and pretty chill to get there. Made a few stops along the way each day, as there are really beautiful parks close by as well as The Casa-Oficina António Carneiro, (a small art gallery) which was nice to check out. Nice, modern and clean rooms.
Hotel restaurant much better than most.
Breakfast buffet is standard travelers breakfast. But better than most.

Such a lovely stay at the Oca Oriental

We spent 4 nights at the Oca Oriental Hotel in Sept. 2025 before starting the Camino. We enjoyed the room and the delicious breakfast. We also felt the reception employees were very helpful. It was nice to stay a little outside the city center and get a sense of a neighborhood in Porto. Since it was less touristy, it was great to try out some of the local places of business.
