I chose this hotel for its promised accessibility features for my mother, but the stay was plagued by property defects and dismissive service.
Our first room was outdated and lacked the necessary walk-in shower. The second room was renovated but had a severe, overwhelming sewer smell that woke us up in the middle of the night. It also suffered from broken/missing lightbulbs and no towel hooks. The beds were uncomfor...

Best hotel we could have dreamed of!! Great views and great staff. The rooms was beautiful and very very nice! Marta helped us fill out night activities very well! The included breakfast was delicious. Very much worth every penny and made our stay great. We cant wait to come back!...

Great hotel on the Douro River

Beautiful hotel in the center of Porto right on the Douro River. Constant action right outside our windows! Rooms carefully curated for comfort including fluffy bathrobes, a much appreciated nespresso machine and a super comfortable bed. Staff very responsive and helpful, breakfast buffet had something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!...
