Beautiful room, friendly staff

We stayed in a deluxe room which for only a slight extra cost provided us with a huge room that overlooked the city.
The staff were friendly at all parts of our stay.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods which were tasty, one morning we ordered breakfast to the room and it came exactly when wed asked for.

We received an extremely warm welcome on arrival and were fortunate to be given our room before official check-in. The room itself was lovely. We had a suite, two bed two bathroom. There were three of us staying here. It was a letdown that everything was left in pairs rather than for three of us. Rooftop bar has spectacular views and a free welcome cocktail was a nice touch. Stayed here for three nights. Aircon leaked water on our suitcase one night. All our clothes were stinky wet. The management did nothing except for a callous apology....

Everything about this hotel is awful. The first room stunk like mold and had stuff dripped all over the wall. We switched and that one was just as bad. Carpets are dirty, mold on the corner of the wall. The shower had mold. It was so hot in the room and the sheets actually gave me a rash....

An amazing hotel for your family to stay in Porto

This hotel is a great option for anyone visiting Porto. It is located in Boavista which is not downtown but still a very central area of Porto with easy access to public transportation.
Our family stays here every time they visit and we stayed here as well, we also tried the Christmas dinner. The buffet is simple amazing and you can experience actual Portuguese cuisine like Bacalhau and Farrapo Velho.
