Porto Palácio Hotel has Excellent Location, Rooftop Bar with Incredible Restaurant and View! The Spa is very Relaxing as well.
We had a very nice e stay and the whole team was very kind.
We will definitely come back :)...

Beautiful room, friendly staff

We stayed in a deluxe room which for only a slight extra cost provided us with a huge room that overlooked the city.
The staff were friendly at all parts of our stay.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection of foods which were tasty, one morning we ordered breakfast to the room and it came exactly when wed asked for.

We received an extremely warm welcome on arrival and were fortunate to be given our room before official check-in. The room itself was lovely. We had a suite, two bed two bathroom. There were three of us staying here. It was a letdown that everything was left in pairs rather than for three of us. Rooftop bar has spectacular views and a free welcome cocktail was a nice touch. Stayed here for three nights. Aircon leaked water on our suitcase one night. All our clothes were stinky wet. The management did nothing except for a callous apology....

Everything about this hotel is awful. The first room stunk like mold and had stuff dripped all over the wall. We switched and that one was just as bad. Carpets are dirty, mold on the corner of the wall. The shower had mold. It was so hot in the room and the sheets actually gave me a rash....
