Really night relax hotel. Staff are incredible helpful and always available. All facilities were in good condition and working order. Room had the standard facilities as well as iron and mini bar. I did get a little cold one night but there was an extra blanket available so it was no issue. The bed was MASSIVE. Went with my partner in December and the hotel is good, but the staff is the highlight of this hotel
Very welcoming, with welcome cocktail which is a bonus, 24 hours bar with the best staff, well done

This is a nice hotel, but it's wearing out fast. The floors are scuffed and the furniture worn. Front desk and door people were quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast is far better than anything one would find in the US, but significantly below what we experienced elsewhere in Portugal and Europe. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October, unfortunately my 1st time in porto didn't start well, when I arrived from campanha station from lisbon , my wallet was taken from my backpack while between platform to the station exit, I only realised it wad gone while waiting for my taxi to the hotel.

I booked 2 rooms on the same reservation, as we travelled with friends - another couple. We were expecting some luxury at this so called 5 star hotel, sadly we've stayed a much much better 4 star hotels! We booked based on previous reviews and we struggled to understand their rave ratings.
