Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Nice to have happy hour before evening meal. We ate in the hotel on the 1st and the food was reasonable and delicious. Breakfasts were equally delicious with an excellent choice of hot and cold food. We found the hotel was perfectly situated for exploring Porto...

We enjoyed 6 nights at this lovely hotel which is perfectly placed in the centre of the city. The staff are amazing and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We stayed in a Palace Suite in the old part of this beautiful old building and our room overlooked the garden and, as such, it was always peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely stay at the PortoBay Flores hotel in one of the spacious and comfortable palace rooms.
The hotel has been beautifully developed, retaining its historic features and charm, whilst providing a contemporary feel.
