This hotel is a 10/10. The service, rooms, location, and services were all top notch. The value for the money is great. We also appreciated the heated indoor pool and sauna since it was cold outside. The room was very clean, and the staff were amazing. We loved it! ...

First, but not last visit to Porto

Followed a friends advice and booked a short stay in Porto. Used the Portobay Flores as our hotel, great location for exploring the city and a great place to stay.
Would certainly book again....

Superb hotel. Location was great, the room was very high standard, breakfast was great with lots to choose from and the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a return visit! ...

Very good hotel in an excellent location. We were here 3 years ago also. We stayed in one of the Palace rooms which are spacious and comfortable. They are beginning to be a bit aged and need a facelift. Particularly the sliding door to the bathroom. It takes a lot of effort to open and close it. We didn't use the bistro or the bar. The hotel is amazing and the location is outstanding. It is located in Old Town which makes it very easy to visit the different sites withing Porto and Gaia....
