Such a wonderful hotel all around. The staff was top notch, super friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful, with tons of charm while still being completely well maintained and nicely renovated. We had breakfast which offered tons of options and everything was delicious. The location was also top notch. Right in the middle of town, central to everything. I have absolutely no complaints about this one of a kind ...

Excellent location , the room was very well designed and comfortable with well equipped bathroom. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Bar is a nice area. Both drivers for airport transfers showed same high standard of service as hotel staff....

Had a lovely stay at Portobay Flores. We had the suite with a balcony and it was very comfortable and clean. The people at Portobay were very competent and made our stay pleasant. We also had a relaxing dinner in the bar/lobby aresa and the food and drinks were very good. Thank you. The only thing that was disappointing was the day we checked in we told them it was our actual anniversary, and nothing was done...just...

PortoBay Flores is in a centrally located on a Pedestrianised street,
We were extremely impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Throughout our stay, we wanted for nothing, and every request was handled promptly and professionally. The helpful WhatsApp service was a particularly nice touch, providing useful assistance and recommendations during our visit to Porto.
