Absolutely the best option to stay in Porto. Great location! Everything is top notch. A renovated old palace gives you a special feeling about Porto at a pedestrian street. All employees go the extra mile for you to be very comfortable at the hotel. We celebrated our 20th year anniversary and they gave us a beautiful surprise that we loved. We spent last weekend at PortoBay Flores, and we had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Porto, so everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great mix of modern comfort and historic charm.

Portibay Flores is in the perfect location within a short walk of all the major attractions. We booked a Superior Double room and were told when we arrived that we'd received an upgrade to the same room but with a view (and I must say the view was spectacular!) Despite this, the hotel is lovely but it is not 5 star! The rooms are on the small side, there is a separate w.c., without a sink then a shower room that h...

Hotel in a great central location.
A 500 year old beautifully renovated building. The room was imaculate. Staff were all lovely, professional, and very helpful with daily tips on making the most of our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with something for everyone. Special mention to Fabianna, who's cheerfull smile greeted us every morning at breakfast. We had a lovely stay... many thanks.
