This was a special hotel from the moment we entered. We were greeted by a staff member (didn't get her name! Has an Irish partner!) who was so welcoming and friendly. Check in was smooth and efficient. Room was absolutely lovely and despite being on the main road we could hear very little. This hotel is excellently located in a central location and within walking distance of all the main sights of Porto. Great decor, real boutique hotel feel and very friendly helpful staff from check in onwards. Special mention for Thiago Souza who make breakfast a delight with very attentive service....

Our stay at Pousada was simply delightful. An excellent location, close to tourist attractions and with easy access to everything I needed.
The rooms are comfortable, clean. A special thank you to Andreia, always very kind, and willing to help with a smile on her face.
We will definitely be back!...
