Everything about this hotel was done with style and discerning taste. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had everything you might wish for. The location between tha station and Ribeira district is very convenient. I already recommended to many friends....

The location is excellent, so close to all the attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful! The room is bit small, but comfortable and the bathroom is big! Lots of shelves space for your stuff. Breakfast was good with nice selection of fruits I cannot ask for a better place to stay in Porto. The only thing I complain is that there is no parking with the hotel. There is a nearby indoor parking lot, which is $39 ...

Great location, rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and I enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar. Wish that there were better coffee options as the instant coffee in the room was terrible. We did not check out the breakfast at the hotel as we enjoyed stepping out for a coffee and pastry....

We enjoyed our stay at Pestana Hotel. We liked the room on the 3rd floor with a view to the city. Buffet breakfasts were delicious. Location was perfect to explore the town. The service desk was super polite and helpful. All this matters a lot when we travel. Thank you!...

Id rate this hotel as one of the best Ive stayed in, its in a great location and the staff were extremely polite and attentive. The rooms themselves are a reasonable size for in inner city hotel of this type and the decor is excellent with a mixture of traditional Portuguese stone/granite and modern glass partitions.
