Gorgeous historical bank turned hotel in prime location! Each area, from entryway and reception to library on top floor, is thoughtfully curated. Service was five star and the views from suites facing the street cant be beat. Everything about this place is a visual treat....

We stayed at Torel in an apartment and a hotel room suite for 3 nights. Travelling as a family with a small child. Service was exceptional, the staff could not have done any more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Jorge especially made the stay for our young son, keeping him entertained and service always with a smile!

Service was amazing! Everyone from the concierge, porters and waitstaff knew who we were. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that is a street away from the hotel. Apartment was wonderful and had a full kitchen. No complaints at all and would highly recommend....
