Such a gem of a hotel!
3 middle aged sisters stayed in an apartment for 2 nights. All amenities necessary to cook but choose not too. Comfy beds in two rooms and additional sofa bed.
Main hotel beautiful with relaxing library.
Biggest plus in the young staff, always smiling, ever helpful.
Ty to Pedro, Luis and the other young man whose name I failed to note. Sorry!
Would definitely recommend this centrally located...

The hotel was so wonderful. Beautiful property, great location. The staff have been so lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Our first time in Porto and they made it memorable. We extended our stay an extra two days....

We just had a lovely 3 nights at this hotel. We highly recommend and will stay here again when we return to Porto. Service was excellent. Room was comfortable. Every detail was well thought out. Breakfast was a highlight. Delicious well prepared fresh food. Our server was thoughtful, professional and quick. Torrel 1884 is located between the Rebiera District (Riverfront) and a lot of the city sites. It's close to a train station and metro (Sao Bento) as well as a lot of great restaurants and stores.
