We had a wonderful time staying in a torel 1884 apartment. Lovely surroundings, great food. The staff were all friendly and attentive and made the stay feel special. Porto is a beautiful and vibrant city ....

Staying here was one our best hotel stays ever! Our room (the elephant room) was spacious and well appointed. Its in a former bank and the room is quiet as a vault. The location is ideal, close to but not in the Ribeira, adjacent to Rua Flora restaurants and shops. Easy walk to Sao Bento station. We preferred this to staying in the touristy Ribeira. Highly recommend Padaria Ribeira bakery for lunch/snack. Augusta an...

The hotel is beautiful, artistically interesting and comfortable. The service is exceptional. The staff is personable, extremely courteous and responsive. We loved every interaction with them. Location is ideal - walking distance to everything. Thank you for a lovely 4 night stay. We were sad to leave....

Fantastic apartment belonging to the main hotel.
Central location but not noisy.
Spacious apartment and incredible breakfast included at the main hotel.
Staff could not do enough for us!...

Really nice hotel the room was very nice, and the staff were excellent and friendly. Not to mention the breakfast in the mornings. The only thing that I would suggest they improve is the TVs in the room not having smart TVs in 2026 is a major drawback that can easily be fixed....
