Hotel is exceptional. So is the staff from the front desk, housecleaning, and servers at the restaurant. The hotel itself is unique as being a converted old bank. The design team did a great job to keep may of the original elements of the building which keeps it charm. Each room is different and have their own unique feel. Ideal location for walking & sightseeing. Lovely, spacious rooms in a charming hotel. Staff were very friendly & very helpful with advice/suggestions.

This beautiful hotel is a fantastic base for discovering Porto. The suites are spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and always helpful, which immediately makes you feel welcome.
The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is also highly recommended. The food is delicious and the wine selection completes the experience.

Torel 1884 Suites & Apartments is ideally located in an area which provides easy access to all the main sites, amenities, local streets and the many restaurants. The Hotel atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxed and all the staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
