This experience was wonderful from start to finish. At check-in, we were given a tour of the entire hotel & a complimentary glass of champagne. The rooms are perfectly unique & tailored to theme. It was a good experience with nice accommodation although with some issues. Location close to conference. Atmosphere excellent. Room, good but was not clean ed first night until I complained and had to sit at reception while they did. Apparently housekeeping said I choose not to have the room cleaned. Which was a lie as I was at Alfandenga conference center from 9h00 until18h30. The cover was unclean the last night...
