The location isn't good if you are looking for the the tourists cetner of Porto - more than 30 minutes by foot. Mattress were soft and not comfortable. The style of the rooms/layout of the coridor feels more like a cheap hotel, no simple free wifi, we placed in a very noisy room at the begging and overwall the hotel is just OK but definitely NOT what you would expect for the high price and the great reviews ...

Special architecture and furniture/decoration! Love it! with good accomodations, not far away from the big tourist sites...

Nice room, good bed. Nothing much with view, I requested.late with our checkin. But breakfast ,14 euros was a highlight.
The location is nice, a bit away from all the tourists....

The hotel is in a good location near the River. Some Restaurants nearby, but the food is very good in hotel. We had one Evening Meal which was very good, and the breakfast each day was Excellent!! lots of choice.
The rooms were pretty good and had all you needed, although they would benefit from a bit of an update....

Our stay started on a disappointing note. When we arrived in our room (despite checking in at 7pm), the bathroom sink area had clearly had a maintenance issue. It was dirty, with used towels placed under the sink and on the floor. While I understand that issues can arise, the real frustration was the response from staff. When we reported it, we were told the room was not dirty and that it was just a maintenance issu...
