The location of the hotel was decent. Its not too far away from the centre but enough distance away so the nightlife doesn't interfere with you in terms of noise/crowds etc.
There is a good atmosphere in the hotel and my wife and I found the hotel staff to be pleasant and friendly from the reception staff through to the cleaners.

Not a 4 star.
Rooms clean but basic.
Breakfast room was busy, food mediocre.
No bar in hotel.
Only 4 TV channels. No news or English channels.
About a 30 min walk to square.
Staff not very friendly apart from cleaners who did a good job.
Very basic hotel. Some much nicer and nearer attractions. If I were to return to Prague I would not return to ambience....

They are rude! There is a sign that says dont forget to smile however not 1 member of staff at this hotel smile or acknowledge you. They walk past you and don't even smile or speak this is same at breakfas...

It wasn't a 4 star hotel rooms very basic only 2 places to charge anything staff didn't speak or acknowledge you or smile breakfast not nice food not very warm...
