A genuine example of a hotel going the extra mile

My wife and I arrived in Prague and were dropped right at the entrance of Hotel Antik by a Bolt taxi. We walked into reception, only for me to realise Id somehow managed to leave my mobile in the taxiwhich had already disappeared into the chaos of the city centre.
Monika, the receptionist, spotted the panic straight away as I tore through my bags hoping I was wrong. Once it became clear the phone really was tour...

The room was so clean and neat.
The bathroom was small but looks new.
The staff is helpful and the most important the hotel was a walking distance to old town square.
I dont think we took any ride, during our visit...

The room was perfect and very clean, very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast was very good. The location is also very good....

The room was pretty basic but nice large bed, bathroom was lovely. View out of the room was nothing to write home about but we werent spending alot of time there. Cant comment on breakfast as didnt include it. Overall it was quiet and clean. However the standout aspect of the hotel is the location - 5 mins walk from the old town square, 15 mins from the castle. Everything was so easy to get to. ...

Fantastic hotel. Big rooms, all built from nice materials such as old wood and thick walls. Located in the heart of the historic city, but also perfect for a morning jog. Freidnly staff. Warmly recommended....
