One word for both the staff and the hotel - beautiful!! Room was gorgeous and big, overlooking the mini Eiffle tower and other lovely buildings. Loads of towels, slippers and robes. Lovely coffee machine and enough on the TV to kill time while resting or getting ready to go out. Molton Btown toiletries!! Breakfast is lovely. My friend and I stayed in a junior suite for five nights and we couldnt have been happier with this choice. The hotel is beautiful - great attention to detail, wonderful art and fun to boot! The room was spacious, well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The location is really perfect - easy access to the bridge and walkable to just about anything you want - but its also quiet. Stayed here 4 nights on our first visit to Prague. Excellent location in Lesser Town. Its a quick walk to the tram that takes you to Prague Castle. Its less than 10 minute walk to iconic Charles Bridge that takes you over to Old Town. We liked Lesser Town because it has the Old Town atmosphere but a bit less touristy and crowded. What an absolutely amazing hotel. From the minute you walk into the hotel you are greeted by friendly professional staff that are interested in ensuring your stay is perfect. Superbly located within an easy walk to Charles Bridge, the hotel has everything you need for a wonderful stay in this beautiful city.
