Construction work and road blocks happening at the doorsteps of the hotel. Avoid if you need a quiet place to sleep.
Room smell like smoke and mould

Small room and stuffy.

Very small corner room. Half cut away by the curve of the building. No air con as advertised that I can see. Complained but I was told its turned off at this time of year and to open a window. Its too noisy outside for that.
I think its just a radiator with a fan. Not air con....

Four of us traveled to Prague and spent three nights at Hotel Astoria. The hotel is in a great location-close to Old Town, Charles Bridge, churches, many historical sites, plenty of restaurants and shopping. All of this is within walking distance. The breakfast was great. Staff was so helpful. We especially appreciated the kindness of Pete and Janna....

Great location. Really big room and pleasant staff. There were breakfast facilities however we didnt use.I would recommend and return. Only downside is there is a charge to store your luggage after check out which is silly and is cash only being a few coins which we didnt have...

Good experience in tough times for the hotel

We arrived in Astoria approx 10:30 am we dropped our bags off and offered a drink as it was very hot which was a good touch . We came back at 3 and checked in I upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view . So we got the room keys and was told that air conditioning wasent operating properly so keep the curtains shut etc . So we showered and headed out for the night upon return the room was unbearably hot so we conta...
