Incredible experience from the service, quality of room, to the location. Couldnt have asked for anything better.

This was an incredible experience! I arrived late as an American in a foreign land. I was relieved that the hotel staff spoke perfect English. They treated me with a complimentary drink while they processed the paperwork for my room. While I waited, the bartender was extremely friendly recommending places for a late night dinner and places to visit the next day. The front desk staff then escorted me to my room and as...

Great hotel

Hotel is in a great location and very nice. The quality of the accommodation is outstanding and staff are very helpful. They arrange pickup and drop-off at the airport for us and the service was excellent. Would definitely stop here again next time we are in Prague.
We did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on the food....

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Egor at the front bar was wonderful. We enjoyed getting to know him. The hotel is in a great location. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff in the morning was very pleasant!...

We loved the hotel, the proximity to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again!...

The hotel and staff were excellent! Hotel is located in a central part of Prague with main attractions like Old Town Square and Republic Plaza nearby. Our room was modern and spacious. Robes and slippers provided too!...
