Stayed for four nights whilst visiting Prauge. The hotel was lovely, very contemporary and well appointed the room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly on reception as were the housekeepers, we didnt eat in the hotel so cant comment on the food but we did use the bar, however its only small and the service was okay. After a very disappointing hotel in Berlin it was such a relief to walk into the MGallery. The welcome was warm and our room was lovely, perfectly appointed and clean. The hotel is very well located, all the main tourist spots in walking distance....

The worst I've been

The worst hotel we've ever had the opportunity to stay in!! They offer a parking but you can't use because you have too big a car. There is a valet parking but it works at selected hours, so you can't pick up the car at 7:00 am. The manager is a man with a low level of work - he is not interested in the client - after the problem appeared, he informed that we should change the hotel!
