Decent commercial hotel

Pros :Rooms were comfortable and warm .
Location is out of city but very accessible via the local metro that is clean , cheap and efficient .
Connected directly to a shopping mall
Rates were good for the time of year compared to city centre locations
cons : Breakfast feels like you are in a big works canteen
Hotel is very large and just does not have enough elevator capacity at peak times

Disappointed with this business hotel. Arrival felt like being told off for getting there early, most places welcome you and store the bags until the room is ready, not here you will be scorned for not walking round with your bags until they are ready to see you.
Spa is a public gym with music blaring that you access by walking through the food hall in the adjoining shopping centre, changing room full of gym posers...

Checked in here in early November 2025.
I really did enjoy my stay here and the hotel is very nice. Everything is so clean and the staff were very helpful.
My room was big and spacious and the bed was comfortable.
There would only be 1 complaint here and that is that the room had no refrigerator. I opened every cupboard door where I would expect it to be and couldnt believe it - no refrigerator in a 4* star hotel li...

Very expensive for average hotel.
Shower was poor and the pillows very uncomfortable. Room was clean though. Lots of light pollution from outside.
Breakfast had good choices but spoiled by the amount of people in one large room even though we ate very early.
The spa or wellness area was outside of the hotel complex which was not convenient and disappointing. Not clean either.
We would not use this hotel again....
