We stayed at The Cosmopolitan for four nights and from the moment we arrived we were aware of how special this hotel is. Customer service is obviously a priority for The Cosmopolitan as the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, with everyone from the reception staff, to the breakfast room and cleaning teams ensuring that we had the best experience possible. The hotel is situated in a quiet street close to all the main attractions in Prague. The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff friendly and professional. Our room was larger than average with a large bed and nice bathroom. It was warm, in cold weather and quiet. We had breakfast each day which was good and offered plenty of variety. Stayed here for two nights. The reception was excellent. They actually upgraded our room without asking. The room was perfect except for the lighting. It was a little dimmer than what were used to. The bathroom facilities were marvelous. The staff was excellent. We did the buffet breakfast, which was Far better than we couldve imagined being in a foreign country. GEM in the heart of PRAGUE

This hotel is a GEM in the heart of Prague. Not only are the front desk staff friendly but they are so welcoming. Rooms are nicely appointed, clean, and spacious. Bathroom is almost half the size of the bedroom which I love!! It is also centrally located so you can just walk everywhere. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again....

Fab place to stay

Located in the old town a perfect place r to stay near many amenities and next to the popular Next Door restaurant.
Stay in the Gin & Tonic suite which was perfect for a three night break.
Only downside would be that a light is needed next to the mini bar and coffee facilities otherwise all good....
