This hotel is really beautiful and the staff was just great. Jana (from breakfast) was very attentive and kind. She made my short stay really pleasant. And when it comes to location, it couldn't be any better:)
I would definitely book again ...

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at the Neruda from check-in to check out all was really great.
Checked in late as flight was delayed- Christina was so welcoming and friendly.
Room 32 was just so beautiful with view onto street and all amenities you need for a short break.
Breakfast daily was the most outstanding quality and clean environment Ive ever encountered!

We came on our mini moon for three nights, had a great time and would recommend this hotel. Location was great as slightly out the main tourist area on a quieter street but still easy walking distance to the castle, Charles Bridge and the main square / tourist bits. The Good:
Comfy bed. Highly decent breakfast with loads of options. Warm, friendly staff. Nice looking hotel. Safe, central location. Super-close to castle. (Use foothpath behind hotel as quicker and easier than steps.) Some excellent bars, restaurants, and cafes close-by.
The Not-So-Good:
Not near a metro. Tram-stop is nearer, but expect an 8-10 minute trek up a fairly steep hill.

Lovely hotel with a great buffet breakfast which had minor changes every day. We stayed in room 31 which was very spacious but only had 2 very small windows so there was minimal natural light. We had booked a standard room but didnt seem to be like the pictures on the website. Bed was very comfortable.
