Excellent hotel, right on Wenceslas Square. Bedroom was of a big size, clean and very comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could wish for, from fresh fruit, juices, cakes, breads, continental, and variety of hot food including scrambled & boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, potatoes & beans. Just returned from a four night break staying at this hotel. My partner is coeliac and after reading a previous review I was apprehensive, I emailed the hotel to let them know I received an email back very quickly saying to remind them when we checked in. We did this and the receptionist said right away that it had already been noted and just let them know when we went for breakfast. True to their word every mo...

Incredible place

Incredible hotel! Loved the room. It was spacious comparing to the normal rooms in Europe. Breakfast was very good and the staff is super friendly and nice. We have forgotten a bag behind and they went above and beyond to try to ship it to us at whatever cost.
Location is in the middle of everything and the hop on hop off bus is literally next door.
Highly recommend <3...

Although the room did have a bath as requested and was quiet, it was quite a schlepp from the weekend event I was in Prague to attend, and was also only accessible via a long shopping corridor quite challenging for someone with feet problems. Excellent starting point for exploring Prague

Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of Wenceslas Square (in a passage), varied breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, especially at the reception.
Good price - we recommend ordering directly through their website.
If ever in Prague again, I will definitely stay here.
