The overall experience was good. The hotel room was clean and spacious, and check-in and check-out were smooth, including early check-in. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the heart of Prague. It's a great value for the price....

location was fine - a 15 min walk to old town. Staff were curt, especially on reception desk. Room was clean and breakfast was varied....

We arrived slightly early at 1400 but were able to check in an hour early. The receptionist Ilona was really friendly and helpful. We were in room 307 which was compact but was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy although my usual issue with soft pillows was resolved when I was given a second pillow after asking at reception (no problem).

Location of the hotel is perfect, cleaning was done every day, including adding coffe and tea bags. As a welcome gift we got some water and public transportation ticket, small, but nice gestaure. Hot breakfast and also cold cuts, plus wide range of sweet options. Good value for money, recommended and would come back again. Thank you!...
