We stayed here from Nov 02-06. Firstly the hotel is in an amazing location. A short walk from Charles Bridge, the old town square and all the shops and restaurants you need. The building itself is old but beautiful with vaulted ceilings.
We decided to book just the room without breakfast.

Stayed on a 4 day break to Prague. Location is great for exploring. Reception staff very helpful with advice. Rooms cleaned regularly. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine with good choice. As others have said, not a 5 star and more 3 star. Needs money spent on modernisation. However, would recommend....

Stayed here during trip for work. Unbelievably good value for money: luxury design in a central location. Very friendly staff at reception and bar. Would love to come back....

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel which is located in a prime location only a block away from the Charles bridge.
Check in and out were smooth and staff at guest relations were friends and assisted me during my stay whenever I needed to make arrangements.
Room was nice too on floor 4 at the back where there was no noise from the outside. Room as well as the entire hotel was very clean.
