I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel which is located in a prime location only a block away from the Charles bridge.
Check in and out were smooth and staff at guest relations were friends and assisted me during my stay whenever I needed to make arrangements.
Room was nice too on floor 4 at the back where there was no noise from the outside. Room as well as the entire hotel was very clean.

The hotel at reception and the front of house staff would recommend the hotel as a 5* but on further inspection, it is probably more like a 3*.
Pros: The front of house staff were friendly throughout our stay, held bags before and after check in/out and were generally helpful. The entrance seems quite modern and grand with fresh water and biscuits available 24/7. Location is probably one of the main plus points, as ...

Small room but great location and better than expected service. There are several late night food spots and a grocery down the street. Charles Bridge, the castle and Old Town Square are just a few blocks. Might be worth it to get a larger room....

Very clean, nice decor, friendly staff, good breakfast, great location close to shops and restaurants, tram station just outside, short walk to Charles Bridge , comfortable bed, stable wifi, comfortable reception area, only issue was that the curtains did not close...

Receptionists were welcoming and helpful. Room was really big with a huge comfortable bed. All toiletries provided , hairdryer and iron in the room. We didnt have the breakfast and chose to eat out instead. The hotel is perfectly located in a quieter area of the old town but everything is within walking distance .
