Perfect stay for a concert trip

We stayed at this hotel for the second time because it suits us perfectly. We came for a concert, and the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the concert hall incredibly convenient! No need to call a taxi or wait in long lines afterward just a short walk and youre back in your room.

Good when you have Business Outside of Prague

The hotel is ok for short business trips outside of Prague, e. g. Brandys or Mlada Boleslav. The area, the hotel is in, is not really of interest, but you can go to the old center quite easily. Rooms and breakfast are ok and the hotel has a secure garage (which is as major plus over there) Connection to the street network is also quite good....

Substantial, modern, good value despite off-beat location.

A modern, substantial hotel with good service and good rooms. Location felt a little off-beat, but it is a 10 minute brisk walk to the main train station. You will find a clip of my room one third into the video "Bologna to Prague by train in October 2024" on my channel. (Search for "channel APvRV")....

WORST HOTEL EVER WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This hotel is absolute garbage and the customer service is horrendous. I could not possibly recommend it any less. We turned in 1 load of laundry with the itemized form filled out for each clothing item. When it was returned is was $115.00 (US). FOR ONE LOAD! They changed the numbers on the form that wed filled out. When I spoke to the receptionist, she laughed and thought it was funny. When I asked for her name, sh...

Great location for exhibition, but not a lot else

The hotel is very comfortable and incredibly clean. The rooms are large but feel a bit sparse.
The food is excellent. All home prepared and great value for money.
The hotel is well positioned for the nearby exhibition halls. However there is not a lot around (huge fun fair March and april). If you want a drink or food out of the hotel it is a good walk to anything.
