Excellent traditional hotel perfectly located for the old City. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a comfortable size with nice soft pillows. Breakfast was very varied with hot and cold food. Booked most trips online through the hotel. They even gave me a half bottle of champagne for my birthday when they saw my birthday cards in my room, a very nice touch. Perfectly good hotel. The location is everything, perfectly central to Old Town and really quiet! The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was really good and they even had a pillow menu for those of us who can't stand those lightweight limp ones....

Great hotel in a perfect location. If ever going back we would go to this Hotel.

Room was a good size and the bed extremely comfortable.
Bathroom was modern though I prefer a walk in shower as having a shower in the bath.
Room worked really well and were were very happy with the stay.
Room was very clean.
We were happy in all aspects.
Asked for an extra pillow and it came very quickly.

Enjoyed a 5-night stay in August.
We received a warm welcome on arrival, our room was very clean and comfortable, the a/c worked very well considering it was 36oC at the time.
The staff are always helpful.
The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and additional items can be ordered from the menu upon request.
If you get the chance, head down to the Basement and view the ballroom!

Perfect location close to Náměstí Republiky and Můstek, and Prague astronomical clock (2 min, 5 min and 3 min walking distance accordingly).
Clean hotel and rooms.
