Truly a Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Prague, and the atmosphere truly feels like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our visit. A special thank you to the blonde lady at reception who helped us sort out our taxi issue this morning, her patience and professionalism made all the difference. Great hotel in good location.Staff all friendly and helpful.Food was absolutely fantastic.The restaurant s and bar were very pleasant with lots of character.The hotel was very clean and well appointed.The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay....

Elegant hotel

Nice hotel, room was large a little old fashioned but clean and beds comfortable.
It was around half hour walk to the old town but we did get bolt taxis back..
Breakfast was ok , not too much choice for a hot breakfast but always found something to eat.
Didnt eat here for other meals as there are so many restaurants in the town to try.
I probably would prefer a hotel nearer the old town if I come back....

Average hotel. 35 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Clean, all expected facilities. Good breakfast. Rooms are a bit outdated. Our room was average. Fridge, coffee, toiletries in room. Two single duvet covers on double bed, not ideal. Staff professional but not as friendly as other places I have been. Ok as a base to explore the city but the bar was a bit soulless and not terribly welcoming in the evenings. We did ...
