We stayed at the hotel during a school trip.
Usually we know that hotels organised for school trips are not the best. But: this one surprised as it was a really good.

Lovely and well positioned hotel. Very clean, great facilities, helpful staff.
Beds very comfortable and the room was a good size. On a busy corner so don't expect it to be quiet, though it didn't disturb us at all....

Extremely Disappointing Stay We Left Early

Upon check-in, the smoke alarm in our room fell from the ceiling and was never replaced. The room has no air conditioning, and the heat is unbearable. Because of the constant, heavy traffic noise outside, opening the windows for fresh air isnt an option. The noise is so bad that the hotel actually provides ear defenders.

We stayed here 3 nights, and enjoyed our visit. Hotel is well located for visiting the city. Close to tram links. Not far from Metro. There are many decent restaurants close by. The buffet breakfast is very good. Recommended !...

We were really happy with our stay in this hotel. It is not too far from Prague old town -easily within walking distance. The concierges all spoke several languages fluently and were very helpful.
The room was comfortable with amazingly big pillows.
There are tea and coffee making facilities and our room had a fridge. We bought more teabags and milk from Lidl which is about 2 minutes away.
